Damaged Bouquets

In the unlikely event that your bouquet arrives damaged, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction. Customers are kindly requested to follow these steps:

  2. Assessment: Our team will review your case promptly and assess the damage based on the provided photographs.

  3. Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement bouquet or a refund, at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours of placing an order. After this period, orders cannot be canceled, as our team will have begun crafting your custom bouquet.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to reflect the refund in your account.

Conditions for Returns

We do not accept returns for reasons other than product damage. In the case of damage, please refer to the "Damaged Bouquets" section above. Returns for any other reason will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

In the event of a damaged bouquet, Everluxe Flowers Boutique will cover the cost of return shipping. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for any other reason.
